The Free University of Brussels - VUB (reviews)

To live and learn with international students has been a great experience. However,the professors speak an English which is hard to understand, their lecturers are basically useless. The exams instead are extremely difficult, we were intimidated by the professors with discouraging comments. Taking the exams was loud and chaotic, they did not manage to organise that properly. It looks like a previously good school and program is going down hill. There are passing rates of 15%. Therefore, a interesting, dedicated student body in a bad university.

VUB is a really well managed university and the thing i liked about it was its freedom.
Students enjoy a lot of freedom whether it is for classes, or exams, and the labs of molecular biology department are well equipped.
The atmosphere in the labs was something, i found really good as compared to other Flemish institutes

This school was a perfect place to grow up. I never felt like anything was lacking, that there were any opportunities unavailable. I’m grateful for the time I had there, I only wish there was more.

Good economic education. The classrooms are very large with beautiful lecture rooms. The courses are interesting, if you are passionate about this discipline. I chose this diploma because it opens all the doors to my future, which I would like to realize with the European authorities. I would recommend
