It is one of the most prestigious science and technology universities in South Asia and the first university to adopt American credit system. The university is well known for its pioneering research in computer science and engineering.

I had a desire since childhood to be an engineer. When I completed my college life I choose two universities. They are BUET and Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. I did my bachelor’s degree from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. Shahjalal University of Science and Technology is famous for its CSE department. Pipilika is the first search engine website in Bangladesh and is developed by some students of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. I feel proud to be a student of SUST. There is an alluring natural environment on this campus.

A beautiful campus with plenty of green space. In the worlds of industry, research, and academia, it is a respected institution. I had a great time there. It’s a thriving, stimulating community with excellent facilities set in a beautiful parkland setting. The library renovation has had a significant influence on my studies, but it will be fantastic once it is completed. My time there moulded me into a successful person and professional, and I’m still in touch with many of the people I met there.

Sylhet’s Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) is a well-known university that has made significant growth. Various academic and extracurricular activities have elevated this university to national and worldwide prominence. Teachers and students participate in a variety of programs to help the institution become a centre of excellence. I got every opportunity to learn a lot as a computer science student.

Anthropology is one of the finest programs in the SUST that has a successive background there. The Shahajalal University of Science and Technology was not one of my chosen universities before getting admitted. But as it is highly competitive to get a chance in public universities, I could not manage a seat in other public universities other than SUST. But honestly, I think whatever happens it happens for some good reason. The university has provided everything to me that I am grateful about. The beautiful campus, the highly efficient and kind professors, the good-hearted classmates, and everything seems to be very own to me still now. I loved to live in the student residence more than I loved in my own house. I got a family there. I love the university and each and every thing on the campus which are still vivid in my memory.

The university has a big hilly campus which is so calm and quiet but sounds with students’ movements. the students are facilitated with not only the natural blessings but also the university’s various types of facilities which are almost free of cost. The university and its services seemed to be very satisfactory in terms of educational standards, accommodation, national and international seminars and career arrangements, sports and entertainment, and so on. I also loved the teachers and their classes.

I am an undergraduate student at this university and am near to finishing my graduation. the experience I have had at this university is in a word fantastic. The campus is mindblowing and so quiet. This is a hilly campus that can attract anyone at a first sight. The university provides high-quality education in all departments. I study Statistics here. My teachers are very helpful and resourceful with skills and deep knowledge on the ground. I love their classes of them and my classmates. I have some very good friends here. The campus facilities are also good. Seminars and educational programs often take place to help students’ minds work. Living conditions in the university hall are also good. I am happy with all these in this university.

I think in terms of the campus environment from both infrastructural and education approaches it is very good. A peaceful ambience everywhere to enjoy true campus life and also flourish one’s thinking capability. The programs are well designed and taught by highly skilled teachers except for a few If I talk about the classes, it depends on the faculty members. some classes are very interesting as the professors are very friendly and well aware of their services. Some others are boring. Accommodation at this university is still not up to the mark. Other facilities are to be claimed as good. the subject has international prospect though there is very few specialized professional ground here in Bangladesh. But if anyone wishes to study abroad, it is a good choice for him.
