I started my Master’s in September and I really regret choosing Nova. The university lacks organization and is just looking for foreign student’s money. They canceled streams and courses during the semester. In addition, Nova changed the master thesis program, forcing students to write in a group. Good marketing but FAKE.
Nova accepted an excessive number of students. During peak times, you can not even find a place to study on campus. Overall I am really sad that I was tricked by Nova’s Marketing and the overall lack of competencies of the staff is just disappointing, I am still waiting to get the reply to an email I have sent in October…

We are sorry to hear that your experience at Nova SBE Masters’ Program is not matching your expectations. The School tries to communicate regularly and transparently with students and is determined to solve the issues that are brought to our attention. If you have not spoken to your Program Manager, Academic Director and/or Student Representative we would encourage you to do so, in order to better understand your insights and discuss possible solutions.

This was a challenging year and we have worked hard to ensure the students’ experience could still be a positive one despite the COVID restrictions. We reached an overall average satisfaction with the Masters Programs for 2020/21 of 4,42 out of 6, with 84% of students stating that they are satisfied and 87% recommending the program to others. Nevertheless, we know there is always room for improvement and we would appreciate to hear your feedback.
