Based on my first-semester study at LSE, I feel like teachers and professors are nice to get on and patient to answer your questions. However, lectures are kind of lacking organisation and sometimes tedious, that’s the reason why more and more students are less likely to attend. The syllabus of courses are well-designed and easy to access, but it still needs extracurricular efforts to make comprehensive understanding. From my perspective, social life and peer pressure are two huge problems. Most societies of this uni are career-related (especially finance), hence most students have no choice but start to pursue their career. This directly leads to students in LSE are blind to follow fellows and hardly think what they would like to do in the future. Overall, the life of LSE is enjoyable and it is a pleasure to study here.
