I studied 5 years at Delft (Bsc and MSc). Some people enjoy it, others dont. I didnt enjoy it. Dutch people and culture is very straight forward. This makes students and teachers very pushy and unaffective. Unless you are a pushy and straight forward person, you wont get much out of this university. You will feel used often and pushed aside. Forget about actually learning there or developing yourself. I have studied in sweden and finland. You will feel more accepted at ease there. You can actually focus on your own ambitions and no one will stop you. You are treated as a student rather than a lower class waste of time student as at TU Delft. It depends on faculties but keep in mind the general Dutch culture and way of life.
But this is only my personal experience, other than that it is a good university. A lot of good facilities and famous teachers. Just note that teachers are more interested in their research than actually teaching. So being a student wont be easy.
